Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; advanced qualifications are an advantage. - Experience: 20–25 years in steel manufacturing with hands-on experience in melt shops and rolling mills, including leadership roles. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of steelmaking technologies, equipment, process flows, safety norms, and environmental standards. - Leadership: Excellent communication, team-building, and people-management skills with experience handling large plant workforces. - Analytical Ability: Skilled in diagnosing complex technical and operational challenges and implementing sustainable solutions. - Strategic & Financial Acumen: Capable of developing long-term strategies while managing budgets and P&L performance. - Change Management: Ability to drive modernization initiatives and adapt to new technologies.Error!
