- Business School or Engineering background advantageous
- 3-10 Years' professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including controlling experience at plant level
- Familiarity with industrial information systems and flows
- Good accounting knowledge
- Business-minded and strong teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
