Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Handle customer enquiries with exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships.

• Manage quotations, costing, order processing, and sales administration to ensure seamless operations.

• Coordinate logistics, transport, procurement, and delivery activities to meet client expectations.

• Track orders, warranties, deliveries, and prospecting activities to support business growth.

• Conduct cold calls and follow-up to generate new sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, budget tracking, and workload documentation.

• Collaborate closely with operational and production teams to align customer requirements.

• Assist with basic design tasks utilizing CAD software.

• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric.

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar internal sales or sales administration role.

• Experience with construction costing and quotations.

• Working knowledge of CAD software and ability to interpret technical drawings.

Familiarity with the following:

• CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)

• Construction cost estimation and quotation processes

• Logistics and procurement coordination
