Company in Pretoria is looking for a experienced Sage 300 People Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate must have experience on Sage 300 People.

Monthly, Bi-Weekly and weekly payroll of +/- 2000 employees – Sage 300 People.
Export Weekly and Monthly hours from ERS Biometric system
Calculate overtime from ERS Biometric System
Communicate with line managers to receive weekly hours on time, make sure leave is captured on ESS and maintain movements between departments.
Import hours.
Maintain the People payroll system.
SA Stats reports, EMP201, EMP501, IRP5’s (Easy file), COIDA reports
Weekly and Monthly system generated reports reports to managers for approval
Prepare payroll files for HR and Finance manager sign off.

Experience:

Sage 300 People - Not Negotiable

Matric

Payroll Diploma

Advance Excel (Vlook-up)

3-5 years Payroll experience
