A well-established metal fabrication workshop in Chamdor, Kagiso is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Factory Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, grinding, and cleaning mild and stainless steel components. Key Responsibilities: Grinding & Polishing: Grind and blend welded seams to a smooth finish on both mild and stainless steel. Cutting: Assist with cutting steel components using angle grinders, saws, and cutters. Cleaning: Deburr, polish, and clean metal parts to prepare them for welding or coating. Material Handling: Load, unload, and move metal materials within the factory. Workshop Maintenance: Ensure the work area is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Safety Adherence: Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: Proven experience as a Grinder/Factory Worker, specifically working with mild and stainless steel (minimum 1-2 years). Proficient in operating power hand tools (angle grinders, sanders). Ability to read basic job cards/work orders. Must live in the Kagiso, Krugersdorp, or Chamdor area.
