- Proven capability in management principles.
KPAs:
- Leading the team to reach their full potential and thereby achieve the business objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies to ensure growth in market share, profitability and achievement of the company vision, goals and values.
- Manage branch, on-site, breakdowns and Mobile Van teams to maximize service and meet the annual operation plan.
- Manage branch activities to ensure that H&S, financial and administrative standards are met.
- Manage and develop associates’ performance.
