Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly and well-organized Receptionist to join our team in Elandsfontein. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front-desk role, basic administrative skills, and a professional, service-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Assist with scheduling and general office support as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-line role
- Basic administrative skills and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Must have own reliable transport to and from work
- Availability to start on 1 December 2025
