Job Summary
A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking reliable and motivated Line Machine Packers to join its production team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the production line, ensuring products are packed correctly and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pack and handle products according to production and quality requirements.
Ensure products are correctly packed, labelled and presented.
Monitor the production line and report any issues or abnormalities.
Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with 5S and safety standards.
Assist with basic line activities and support production targets.
Perform quality checks and report any defects or deviations.
Follow all company procedures relating to quality, safety and production.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or packing environment would be advantageous.
Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts.
Physically able to perform the requirements of the role.
Good communication skills.
