We are seeking a strategic Product Readiness Engineer to lead critical initiatives, ensuring our technical service information is precise, compliant, and market-ready. Duties:

• Develop and maintain localized service information tailored for the South African market.

• Validate technical data with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure timely publication of service documentation within launch schedules.

• Assess engineering changes and new model launches, updating service content accordingly.

• Monitor and enhance technical content quality through dealer feedback and continuous improvement efforts.

• Resolve dealer technical issues and address service information gaps promptly.

• Develop market-specific service literature and in-vehicle information for launch readiness.

• Support cost reduction initiatives and improve customer satisfaction via accurate technical information.

• Coordinate special tools and equipment requirements for engineering changes and new product launches.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role within manufacturing.

• Strong analysis, coordination, and planning skills.

• Proven ability in technical writing and content development.

• Familiarity with engineering processes and market-specific technical standards.

• Ability to work effectively on-site in the Eastern Cape.

Familiarity with the following:

• Engineering change management

• Technical documentation validation

• Dealer support and issue resolution
