Job Summary
An established company within the aluminium and glass industry is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting with product selections, preparing quotations and supporting the sales process, with a focus on aluminium windows and related products.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
Assist customers with their aluminium and glass product requirements.
Provide product guidance, particularly relating to aluminium windows.
Follow up on enquiries and potential sales.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Assist with general internal sales and administrative duties.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Internal Sales or a similar sales role.
Experience in retail, sales or hardware will be advantageous.
Previous exposure to aluminium windows or the aluminium and glass industry will be beneficial.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Sales-driven, confident and comfortable dealing with customers.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
