Proven track record in senior leadership within FMCG, food manufacturing, or related sectors.
Strong commercial background with experience in scaling revenue and building brands.
Skilled in operational oversight and cross-functional leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in sales-led organizations.
