General Manager – Yokos
Cape Town
Lead Yokos into its next phase of profitable, reliable, and compliant growth. We’re looking for a sharp, capable General Manager to own the P&L and drive performance across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, and our flagship V&A Waterfront concept bar.
You will:
- Lead with clarity, accountability, and heart.
- Build strong teams and scalable systems.
- Ensure our brand promise – conscious, plant-based, unsweetened, additive-free – is delivered from factory to shelf to spoon.
- Own relationships with national retailers and drive growth across all channels.
- Ensure food safety, product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
You have:
- 7+ years in FMCG food manufacturing (chilled preferred)
- Full P&L and cross-functional leadership experience
- Strong track record with major SA retailers
- HACCP training and food safety experience
- A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business
You are:
- Decisive, organised, and calm under pressure
- A firm but kind leader with high integrity
- Data-driven, hands-on, and results-focused
