~ A private company based in La Lucia, Umhlanga, is seeking a highly professional and mature individual to fulfil the role of Private Residence Manager / Personal Assistant to the CEO.
~ This position requires a person of impeccable character, excellent demeanour, and unwavering discretion, who is willing to go above and beyond expectations in providing direct support to a single CEO.
~ The successful candidate will manage the CEO’s private residences, oversee household operations, prepare meals, supervise general assistants, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide high-level administrative support.
~ This role is ideally suited to a resourceful, adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling a diverse range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination
• Arrange and manage detailed travel itineraries
• Coordinate logistics and bookings
• Accompany the CEO on travel when required, often at short notice
Household & Residence Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of private residences
• Supervise household staff and coordinate maintenance schedules
• Manage suppliers and service providers
• Plan and prepare meals, including grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing
Administrative Support
• Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence
• Maintain organised records and documentation
• Assist with general administrative duties
Errands & General Assistance
• Perform errands using the company vehicle
• Procure necessary household items and supplies
• Work independently and proactively
Availability & Flexibility
• Be available outside of normal business hours when required
• Work on public holidays and weekends if necessary
• Travel on short notice, including extended periods away
