Job Summary

A Cape Town based corporate company has a vacancy for an experienced HR Manager. Please note that this is a short term, 6-month contract. The right fit Candidate will ~ > have Matric. A Diploma / Degree in HR will be an advantage. > be experienced with Sage Pastel or similar payroll systems > have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar HR management position > be fluent in both English and Afrikaans > be well groomed & presentable > have a reliable vehicle The duties involve ~ > Staff Recruitment: > Employment contracts > Disciplinary process > Company policies & procedures ~ keeping files updated etc > Training programmes & Talent Management > CCMA issues > Payroll ~ managing the process > WCA > SETA & EQUITY submissions > Time and attendance Interested & qualified?
