REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager within a 5-Star Game Lodge
* Hospitality or Management Degree / 3-Year Diploma
* Strong leadership and operational management ability
* Solid financial acumen with proven experience setting, implementing, and managing operational budgets
* Opening experience highly beneficial
* Excellent guest service and team leadership skills
* Valid RSA ID and Driver’s License essential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Full operational management of the lodge and conference centre
* Leading and managing all department heads and operational teams
* Managing financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
* Maintaining 5-Star guest experience and service standards
* Overseeing staff performance, training, and development
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
* Driving overall business performance and guest satisfaction
PACKAGE:
* R50,000 per month (Negotiable – DOE)
* Live-in accommodation provided
