Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership: Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary technical team, ensuring project deadlines are met with engineering excellence.
Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of electronic hardware and software integration, from conceptual design to final manufacturing.
R&D Oversight: Drive innovation in wireless data transmission and remote monitoring technologies to maintain a competitive market edge.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all products meet rigorous industry standards and regulatory certifications.
Systems Optimization: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine manufacturing processes to improve product reliability and yield.
Requirements & Experience
Strong Electronic Background: A degree/Diploma/Trade test in Electronic Engineering (B.Eng/BSc) or a related technical field is essential.
Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management or senior engineering role.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with PCB design, embedded systems, and wireless communication protocols (RF, GSM, or IoT).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and commercial business objectives.
Problem-Solving: A "hands-on" approach to resolving intricate hardware and software integration challenges.
