Must have 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Must have proven experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying operational efficiencies. Must have sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and best practices. Must be both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to develop long-term operational plans while effectively managing day-to-day operations. Must have proven leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop, motivate, and hold high-performing teams accountable. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, route planning, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must be decisive, resilient, and collaborative, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work across multiple departments.
