My client is a large mining company that seek a experienced Technical Manager to develop and maintain high plant performance standards for the plant and take overall responsibility for all maintenance and operating support procedures which include, but not limited to, maintenance scheduling, plant and major component assessments and tracking, warranty and OEM claims, and asset life evaluation in relation to OEM performance. Required to work with Senior Plant Manager & Plant Accountant to support strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS
Recognised Trade Test Certificate and/or similar qualification is required
B Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) is advantageous
EXPERIENCE
10-15 Years applicable experience will be required

Excellent analytical skills.
Understanding so systems, controls and reporting.
Good mechanical understanding of asset management, maintenance and repairs.
Strong commercial acumen.
Strong problem-solving skills.
