Job Summary

Minimum Requirements: • A tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Commerce / Trade / Business or Marketing. An MBA would be advantageous • Minimum of 5 to 10 years senior managerial and sales experience within the export fruit environment • Knowledge of the fruit market structures, within South Africa and abroad • Experience with working on Palbroker / Fruit software systems and managing an ERP environment • A strong background in logistics management, with the ability to negotiate contracts. • Good communication skills (verbal and writing), managing customer and grower relationships • Solid analytical abilities, with a very high level of proficiency in the use of excel, pivot tables / graphs, and use of BI Dashboards • Board level experience • A strong track record in leading and managing teams.
