Marketing & Auction Operations Manager
We are a fast-paced, results driven auctioneer specializing in commercial vehicles, trucks & earthmoving equipment.
We are looking for a hand’s on, detail driven individual to take ownership of marketing execution & auction preparation.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will ensure that stock is correctly loaded, accurately presented, & effectively marketed to drive bidding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load & manage stock on auction platforms
• Ensure accuracy of descriptions, categories, images & details
• Maintain high quality, market ready listings
• Coordinate with yard & agents to resolve missing/incorrect info
• Manage daily marketing across all platforms
• Drive auction visibility, registrations & participation
• Manage social & digital advertising
• Manage auction cycles (launch, updates, closing, relaunch)
• Handle basic CRM workflows (registrations, communication, tracking)
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in digital or operational marketing
• Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
• Able to handle high volumes under pressure
• Organized, proactive & hands-on
Advantage: Auctions, automotive, machinery or HubSpot experience
This role is NOT for:
Brand-only marketers, content-only creators, or candidates who lack attention to detail.
