Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the production team to ensure high performance and a positive team culture
- Ensure daily production schedules and productivity targets are met
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
- Maintain and enforce quality control processes to meet required standards
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage HR-related matters such as leave planning, team discipline, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with technical and other departments to resolve production and quality issues
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:- National Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Production Management, or equivalent
- 3–5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably in promotional products)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and productivity principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
