Job Summary

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to influence both the strategic and operational direction of the business's IT and facilities functions.You will be responsible for managing the teams and processes that underpin critical business operations, including IT infrastructure, hardware management, security, policy governance, and building management. The environment is large-scale, complex, and presents the opportunity to work across multiple locations, potentially on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee infrastructure, hardware, desktop support, security, and policy management functions.
- Manage and optimise IT operations supporting approximately 3,000 IT consultants.
- Oversee building maintenance, renovations, repairs, vendor management, and facilities operations.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8-12 IT support and facilities professionals.
- Drive infrastructure strategy, governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Support business growth through scalable infrastructure solutions across multiple locations.
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience within IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, and Hardware Support environments.
- Extensive experience supporting and managing Microsoft technology environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing technical teams.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure environments supporting thousands of users.
- Exposure to multi-site or international infrastructure operations will be highly advantageous.
- Strong experience in security management, governance, policy implementation, and operational controls.
