Job Summary
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. Must have 10+ years of experience in construction and/or project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Must have experience in the successful delivery and management of residential construction projects. Must have strong multidisciplinary experience across structural works, cost management, construction, and finishing. Must have extensive experience with concrete works, steel structures, high-end finishing works, and industrial-style architectural finishes. Must have a strong understanding of structural systems, construction methodologies, and project execution. Must have proven expertise in finishing works, detailing, and quality control. Must have the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Must have strong knowledge and proficiency in project management and planning tools, including Microsoft Project and Primavera.
