Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in warehouse management, distribution coordination or supply-chain operations.
- Cin7 super-user experience essential — candidates must demonstrate hands-on system expertise.
- Strong understanding of stock-control principles, warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
- Experience managing cross-border logistics in Southern Africa advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable producing operational reports and reconciling data.
- Familiarity with solar, energy-storage or technical product distribution a plus.

- Run day-to-day warehouse operations — overseeing inbound and outbound stock movements, and accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of solar and energy-storage products.
- Maintain real-time stock accuracy across all product lines; manage bin locations, labelling and warehouse organisation.
- Plan and execute regular cycle counts and full stock takes; reconcile variances and report discrepancies to management.
- Manage the allocation and tracking of technical stock, demo units and spare parts across the distribution network.
- Support stock forecasting — working with procurement and sales to flag reorder requirements and avoid stock-outs or overstock.
- Manage the fulfilment cycle from confirmed order to delivery — picking, packing, dispatch and documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers and logistics partners across Southern Africa to ensure accurate, on time delivery.
- Manage documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments into Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa.
- Process returns, manage warranty claims, and coordinate with vendors on defective or replacement stock.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date price lists across the full product portfolio, reflecting current vendor agreements and FX movements.
- Manage product codes, specifications and catalogue information within the inventory system.
- Produce regular stock-level, movement and variance reports for the Financial Executive and management team.
- Manage operational relationships with vendors on delivery timelines, stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Identify and implement ongoing improvements to warehouse and distribution workflows.
