Job Opportunity: Stock Control Supervisor Department: Supply Chain Reports to: Operations Manager Location: City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and hands-on Stock Control Supervisor to oversee all daily inventory and warehouse operations at our Manufacturing, Distribution, and Storage facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing stock, leading and developing warehouse staff, optimizing workflow efficiency, and maintaining strict safety, compliance, and quality standards across the facility. Key Responsibilities ? Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily Assembly, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure seamless workflow. ? Inventory Control & Accuracy: Maintain accurate stock records, execute regular inventory/cycle counts, perform reconciliations, and thoroughly investigate any stock discrepancies. ? Staff Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff and temporary/casual personnel, fostering a productive and safe working environment. ?
