Citrus Packhouse Manager – Limpopo Responsible for the overall performance of the citrus packhouse, including production, people, quality, cost control, maintenance and compliance management. Packhouse Management: Take overall responsibility for packhouse operations, including programmes, productivity, throughput, quality, and achievement of local and export requirements. Regulatory compliance: Ensure the packhouse operates in compliance with applicable legislation, food safety, and environmental requirements. Performance management: Take overall accountability for performance, discipline and operational accountability. Quality management: Quality, traceability, food safety and applicable regulatory requirements. Off-season planning: Maintenance readiness and operational improvement. Staff management: Manage and develop staff, ensuring effective leadership, training, and performance management. Budgeting and cost control: Manage packhouse budgets, forecasting and reporting requirements. Production planning: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet export and local market requirements. Off-season: Maintain production unit and site readiness and performance for the following packing season. Knowledge Minimum 5 years’ proven management experience in a citrus packhouse environment. Strong understanding of citrus packhouse operations, production planning and local and export market requirements.Error!
