Job Summary
Qualifications- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Relevant qualification in warehousing
- Valid drivers license
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have understanding of basic business principles.
- SAP Business 1 experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Import and / Export processes is an added advantage.
- Purchase order processing on behalf of Magna Tyres and related business partners.
- Sales Order processing and delivery planning for all AR customers.
- Stock management including Goods Receipting, Stock Transfer, Stock Count and Replenishment planning.
- Invoicing : managing the Invoice processes for both AP and AR
- Stock Import & Export: management and coordination for both AP and AR related transactions, coordinating with appointed customs clearance partners to ensure seamless movement.
- Transport coordination: including rate sourcing, delivery planning following up on all necessary documentation (Invoices and Delivery Notes).
- Warehouse Planning dispatch planning and coordination, space management.
- Additional Roles that may be required from time to time
- Assisting in an inside sales capacity for any calls made direct to the office including gathering customer information and quoting of customer.
- Assisting in occasional administrative duties that may be required.
- Other roles that may be required by the organisation from Time to time.
