Job Summary

EE Black Female/ Male - Traffic Manager Operations, Pretoria Rneg + ben

· Grade 12 (Matric).

· Tertiary qualification in Road Transport Management or an equivalent qualification.

· Computer literate (MS Office).

· Minimum 5 years' management experience supervising operations within a large transport or logistics environment.

· Proven experience managing Industrial Relations (IR) matters.

· Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead large operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and control all traffic, departmental and operational functions.

· Lead and oversee daily transport operations.

· Monitor operational service delivery and performance.

· Analyse daily operational statistics and implement improvements.

· Coordinate activities across departments and stakeholders.

· Manage operational budgets and resources effectively.

· Drive operational efficiency and ensure service excellence.

· Lead, coach and manage staff performance.
