We are looking for a Procurement Administrator with logistics experience across air, road, and ocean freight. You’ll be responsible for sourcing competitive transport rates, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth handovers to operations. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires initiative, clear communication, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, or equivalent.
Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or procurement (advantageous).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a procurement or logistics support role.
Familiarity with airfreight, road freight, and ocean freight processes.
Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
Understanding of clearing, import/export, and full shipping cycles.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
