Job Summary
Sales / Wholesale Lead
Responsible for driving revenue through retail and Amazon accounts. A hands-on, results-driven role focused on speed, execution, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Retail Accounts: Prospect, close, and manage small-to-mid-size accounts (wellness stores, gyms, boutiques, clinics, pharmacies). Provide samples, negotiate terms, maintain relationships, and track pipeline.
• Amazon / Online: Set up and manage listings (initially 3 SKUs), monitor sales/inventory, and optimize product pages.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver weekly revenue updates, recommend inventory allocations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Align with founder on strategy, coordinate with admin/fulfilment, and ensure accurate royalty tracking.
KPIs
• New retail accounts per month
• Weekly units sold (retail + Amazon)
• Weekly revenue
• Customer satisfaction & repeat orders
• Inventory accuracy
Profile / Requirements
• Proven retail/wholesale sales experience (DTC or consumer brands preferred)
• Independent, goal-oriented, strong negotiator and relationship builder
• Amazon/marketplace experience a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with spreadsheets, CRM, and email outreach
