Vacancy: Telesales & Customer Service Representative – Vereeniging

A well-established franchise company based in Vereeniging is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Telesales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential

• 2–3 years proven telesales experience, including cold calling, lead generation, upselling, and follow-up with clients to secure repeat business

• 3–4 years hands-on customer service experience, handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across multiple communication platforms (telephone, email, and in-person)

• Strong background in client relationship management and telephone-based sales support

• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license

• Excellent communication and listening skills – well-spoken, clear, and professional

• Strong telephone etiquette with a confident, persuasive, and friendly approach

• Bubbly, positive, and service-oriented personality

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment

• Strong business mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate leads, promote products, and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain daily contact with clients to nurture relationships and identify new sales opportunities

• Handle incoming calls, resolve queries efficiently, and provide exceptional after-sales service

• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions

• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and service KPIs

• Follow up on quotations, invoices, and client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
