Job Summary
In order to be considered the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a role involving workforce analysis, process optimization, or time and motion studies
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology (desirable)
- Experience working in a (specify industry if relevant, e.g. healthcare, professional services, manufacturing)
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Understanding of time and motion study techniques or similar process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication skills – able to present complex data in clear, actionable ways
- Knowledge of workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational behaviour
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Awareness of employee wellbeing principles and workload management best practices
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess workload balance across teams and identify signs of overutilization, underutilization or burnout risk
- Collaborate with department managers to optimize staffing levels, task allocation and process efficiency
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase productivity
- Provide insights to leadership on how utilization affects performance, morale, and business outcomes
- Partner with HR and Wellbeing teams to align efficiency improvements with employee experience initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustainable performance gains
- Stay informed of best practices in workforce analytics, organizational psychology and productivity management
Success Measures:
- Improved employee utilization rates and workload balance across departments
- Reduction in inefficiencies and non–value-adding tasks
- Positive employee feedback regarding workload and engagement
- Delivery of high-quality analytical reports and actionable recommendations
