This role is responsible for supporting the business in extracting maximum value from its IT platforms, with a strong focus on SAP. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that system capabilities align with operational needs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will take ownership of SAP end-user support, system enhancements, and project delivery, ensuring that solutions are practical, efficient, and aligned with business goals. From analysing requirements to implementing solutions and training users, this role offers the opportunity to influence performance and productivity at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Provide second-line SAP support and resolve user queries within agreed SLAs
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams or service providers
• Identify and implement continuous business improvement initiatives
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Lead and coordinate IT-related business projects, including planning and delivery
• Support system enhancements, testing, and post-implementation activities
• Develop and maintain reports to support business decision-making
• Conduct SAP user training and develop training materials
• Manage SAP user access and support audit compliance processes
• Monitor system usage and identify risks or non-compliance

What You Bring

• Degree in Information Technology, BCom, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a business analyst or IT environment
• Strong SAP experience, preferably within the SD module
• Proven experience in project coordination or delivery
• Solid understanding of business processes and systems analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with reporting tools and advanced MS Office skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
