Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Processor to manage accurate and timeous weekly wage processing across multiple operational sites within a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll input validation, overtime, allowances, leave administration, and ensuring compliance with bargaining council rules and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify weekly wages across multiple sites
- Import and reconcile hours from Jarrison, attendance registers, and timesheets
- Process overtime, allowances, leave, back pay, and payroll adjustments
- Ensure compliance with NBCRFLI / Bargaining Council rules
- Review and query excessive overtime, breaks, and payroll discrepancies
- Manage labour broker submissions, purchase orders, and payroll reconciliations
- Process payroll-related documentation including sick leave, family responsibility leave, IOD, training, and disability hours
- Ensure payroll deadlines and submission cut-offs are met
- Support payroll administration, reporting, and filing
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience processing weekly wages/payroll
- Experience working with Jarrison, WageKeep, and/or Embrace
- Strong understanding of NBCRFLI / Road Freight & Logistics Bargaining Council rules
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
