Our client is seeking a Head of New Business to develop and execute the division’s growth strategy, drive new client acquisition, and lead a dynamic sales team focused on expanding market share. This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, shaping pricing strategies, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the sales organisation is optimally structured to deliver ambitious revenue targets.
Reporting to the Commercial Executive, you will oversee a team of 14 direct reports and play a central role in translating strategic goals into actionable plans. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align go-to-market initiatives, improve market visibility, and ensure a high-performance, service-driven culture.
