Job Summary
The role is responsible for maintaining accurate student, financial, and administrative records, tracking arrears and collections, and producing regular and ad hoc management reports. It serves as the primary point of contact for student engagement, handling queries, complaints, escalations, and coordinating communication between students and management. The position also supports rent collection processes, student onboarding and orientation, community and student life initiatives, and day-to-day operational administration, while helping enforce residence rules, maintain discipline standards, and ensure data integrity across all systems.

Required
2–4 years’ experience in a similar role (student housing, hospitality, or residential environment preferred)
Experience in administration, tenant engagement, and event coordination
Exposure to handling student queries, complaints, and support services
