Job Summary

Night shift supervisor needed. Requirements: - Male -Proven track record in product logistics environment -Minimum of 2 - 5Years experience in Supervising a team on an assembly line in an Logistics environment -Problem solving -Compliance: Must ensure full site compliance Duties and Responsibilities 1. Supervise staff through effective planning, leading, organizing and running of the operations 2. Ensure all system and transports procedures are adhered to. 3. Ensure schedules and deadlines are adhered to. 4. Ensure accurate, efficient and effective day to day running of the night shift. 5. Supervise the receiving and dispatching operations 6. Punctual reporting 7. Excellent Geographical knowledge of south Africa 8. Handle disciplinary matters as and when required 9. Encourage teamwork 10. Good decision-Making Skills 11. You must have effective oral and written communication skills at all levels. 12. Flexible working hours 13. Give attention to details to detect discrepancies on records and reports 14. Be punctual, be concerned about attendance and attentiveness 15. Meet commitments 16.
