Job Summary
A reputable freight forwarding and international moving company specialising in air, sea and road freight, customs clearance, and international relocations is seeking an experienced Import & Export Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export shipments, including air and sea freight.
Manage shipping documentation, customs entries and tariffing.
Use CargoWise One to update shipment files and track cargo.
Liaise with clients, international agents and transport providers.
Monitor shipments, resolve delays and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist with commercial and hazardous cargo requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate essential.
Minimum 3 years' freight forwarding or international moving experience.
At least 2 years' practical CargoWise One experience.
Experience handling imports, exports, air and sea freight.
Knowledge of customs entries, tariffing and shipping documentation.
Experience with CargoWise One, ShipShape, EasyClear or similar systems.
Commercial cargo experience; hazardous cargo exposure is advantageous.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and organisational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup.
