Job Summary
Minimum Requirements- Essential: Matric.
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Essential: Microsoft Office.
- Negotiating prices for materials in accordance to demand seasonality.
- Tasked with capital management through continuous inventory monitoring.
- Researching and evaluating the suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, and the supplier’s reputation.
- Tasked with demanding forecast discussions with suppliers as furnished by the sales and the commercial teams.
- Responsible for expediting purchase orders.
- Responsible for ensuring prices negotiated with approved suppliers are consistent and are as competitive.
- Responsible to negotiate prices with Suppliers.
- Ensuring the prices stay competitive in the market.
