Job Summary
As the Operations Coordinator in Manufacturing & Logistics, you will be responsible for receiving and processing client orders, preparing quotations, managing order fulfillment, providing excellent client service, and coordinating logistics.
Your role will involve ensuring smooth workflow between departments, managing materials and end product deliveries, and overseeing outsource work logistics.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a high level of client service management, multitasking capabilities, and proficiency in basic systems and Excel.
