Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within the Mining or Construction Industry of which at least 3 years is in a Product Management | Product Support | Product Marketing capacity
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Management | Mechanical Engineering | Industrial Engineering or similar required
- Proven experience with Heavy Equipment | Earthmoving Machinery such as Excavators | Wheel Loaders | Bulldozers | Graders | Haul Trucks | Crushers | Mining equipment or related equipment
- Demonstrated exposure to Mining and Construction operating environments, including Open-pit Mining | Infrastructure Construction | Quarrying or Aggregates | Gold Mining or similar extractive industries
- Experience conducting site visits, application studies and working condition assessments to evaluate equipment performance and suitability
- Proven ability to develop and recommend Equipment and Product portfolio solutions
- Strong understanding and practical application of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) | Lifecycle Costing and Productivity Analysis
- Previous experience delivering Technical and Product Training to internal sales teams and or Dealers
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa and visit mine and construction sites
- Valid Driver's License required

Salary Structure:
- Monthly CTC Package of up to R 100K, based on experience and qualifications
