Analysing social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager, identifying areas for improvement.
Contributing to email marketing campaigns, including content creation and audience segmentation.
Producing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly written content for various digital platforms, including website pages, blog posts, email newsletters, social media captions, and press releases.
Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies
Monitoring social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities for engagement.
Monitoring and analysing performance data across all digital channels and campaigns, compiling reports on key insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Digital Marketing Expertise
Content Creation, social media & storytelling proficiency
Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
1 - 4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role focusing on social media management and content creation.
Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Portfolio showcasing relevant digital content, social media campaigns, and writing samples is highly desirable.
A plus is proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
