Dispatch & Procurement Coordinator – Midrand
LV Nutritional Products is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Dispatch & Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer order dispatch, procurement, stock control, courier coordination, supplier communication, and administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include preparing and dispatching customer orders, verifying products against invoices, ensuring products are correctly labelled and packaged, coordinating courier collections and deliveries, maintaining accurate dispatch records, monitoring stock levels, placing supplier orders, tracking supplier stock availability, and preventing stock shortages. The role also includes filing Certificates of Analysis (COAs), maintaining procurement documentation, collecting customer payments when required, issuing receipts, and ensuring all company procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised, professional, accountable, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail is essential, as the role involves stock control, quality documentation, customer deliveries, and financial accountability.
