Attorney - Technology and Commercial Law
We are recruiting for a boutique legal firm seeking an astute Attorney. This is an exciting opportunity for an Attorney with a strong interest in technology law and commercial work to build a long-term career and grow into a Partner role. Main Responsibilities:
Focus on contracts, licensing, IP and data protection.
Provide advisory support to tech-driven businesses.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
Advise businesses on technology transactions.
Support clients with privacy and compliance matters.
This is a non-litigation role.
Other key duties will be discussed at the interview stage.
Qualifications and Experience:
Admitted Attorney.
Strong experience in Commercial Law in a reputable law firm.
Good exposure to Technology Law is beneficial.
