Junior Legal Practitioner – Fiduciary Department
Well established, PMB based legal concern have an opportunity open for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Practitioner in their Fiduciary Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or a candidate with a strong academic background who is interested in developing a career in trusts, estates, and tax law.
Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted legal practitioner (essential)
- LLB degree (required)
- BCom degree (advantageous, particularly with accounting or tax focus)
- Valid driver’s license (own vehicle advantageous)
Experience:
- Exposure to trusts, estates, or tax law will be beneficial but is not essential for junior candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the administration of trusts and estates
- Supporting fiduciary and tax-related matters
- Liaising with clients and relevant authorities
- General legal and administrative duties within the department
