Job Summary
The position supports FICA compliance by maintaining and updating client information on the firm’s online FICA system, communicating with clients regarding compliance requirements, recording transaction data, verifying client information, uploading supporting documentation, and performing quality control checks on all documents received.
Grade 12 qualification (additional relevant qualifications advantageous)
2–3 years’ experience within the professional services industry
Knowledge of the Companies Act, company secretarial services, and FICA
Working hours: 8:30 am - 1 pm.
Salary: R15,000 p/m
