Based in Cape Town
Salary approximately R65K per month
Medical Aid – Max R25K per annum
Provident Fund – Max R20K per annum
Group life and funeral paid by company
To identifying any legal issues in all departments and their interrelation, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, distribution, credit, finance, human resources, production, as well as corporate governance and business policy.
Minimum 10 years Legal experience in a construction industry
Areas of Responsibility:
Develop strategic plans for the department to meet the Company’s objectives
Evaluate and certify risk control
Ensure compliance with and execution of plans, budgets and policies
Supervision of all legal aspects of projects and contracts
Financial / legal analysis
Identification of legal solutions
Risk control certification
Supervision of litigations
POPI compliance officer going forward.
