VACANCY: LEGAL SECRETARY

Law firm is seeking a professional, organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm based in Brits.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal environment, possess excellent administrative and typing skills, and be committed to building a long-term career within the legal industry.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience working in a law firm is non-negotiable.
Excellent typing skills, with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of GhostPractice will be advantageous.
Experience or knowledge in Deceased Estate Administration will be highly advantageous but is not essential.
Must reside in Brits or the immediate surrounding areas.
Must be available to commence employment immediately or at short notice.
Seeking a candidate who is genuinely interested in a long-term career within the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities
Typing and preparation of legal documents, correspondence and general documentation.
Providing secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals.
Managing diaries, appointments and general office administration.
Maintaining accurate and organised client files and records.
Liaising professionally with clients and relevant third parties.
Assisting with general legal administrative duties as required.
