Muckleneuk, Pta: JUNIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
-Professional and presentable
-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency
-Minimum 2 years recent experience in Bond Registration and/or Property Transfers at a law firm a must
-Preference to candidates with experience in ABSA and STDB bonds
-Experience in Property Transfers (all types) preferred
-Able to work independently (from inception to finalization)
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey / Ghost Practice / E4
-Meticulous with attention to detail
-Proper understanding and knowledge of bank procedures and requirements
-Stable employment record
-To start as soon as possible
-Handling of bond registration and/or property transfers from receipt of inception to finalization
-Property Transfers and/or Bond Registrations
-Drafting of Transfers and/or bond registration docs
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 10 000 – R 15 000 gross (depending on experience)
