Food & Beverage Duty Manager – Madikwe Game Reserve, North West Join a prestigious luxury lodge in the heart of the Madikwe Game Reserve as a Food & Beverage Duty Manager . This is an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry for an experienced professional to oversee daily F&B operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure seamless service across all outlets. Job Requirements Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, boma dinners, bush dining, and room service. Ensure service areas are prepared and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams for smooth service delivery. Welcome guests, exceed expectations, and resolve complaints professionally. Supervise and lead F&B staff, conduct briefings, manage scheduling, and train team members. Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes, and control wastage to meet cost targets. Complete shift reports, cash-ups, and maintain accurate inventory records. Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Act as Manager on Duty during shifts, assist with lodge operations, and host guests when required. Package Salary: R 10 000 pm CTC Live-in accommodation provided Start Date: ASAP
